Kevin is a dynamic and resourceful communicator with a digital and mobile-first mindset for marketing and communications. Currently, he serves as the Communications and Planning Officer for the Office of Student Affairs & Services with the University of Toronto Scarborough.
Previously, Kevin spent six years with Ipsos Public Affairs, a division of Ipsos and the largest market research and public opinion polling company in Canada. He was responsible for managing and executing strategic marketing and communication plans aimed at raising the organization profile among internal and external stakeholders across North America.
Before Ipsos, Kevin worked in a client service role for MRX, a digital media company in Hamilton, Ontario. Kevin worked closely with professional and amateur sports clients, including the Canadian Football League (CFL) and was an instrumental part of launching the largest Canadian digital network for the Canadian Hockey League (CHL) and it’s affiliate leagues (WHL, QMJHL, and OHL). Prior to MRX, Kevin had his first taste of the working world with the Hamilton Tiger-Cats Football Club where he spent a season working as an intern for the communications department.
Kevin holds an Honours, Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications Studies (2009) from Brock University of St. Catharines, Ontario. And, most recently, he completed the Digital Strategy and Communications Management certificate program at the University of Toronto (2015). He is a lifelong learner always looking to stay ahead of the curve.
